I'd like to introduce you, my readers, to this cool website. I really appreciate the initiative and recognize the work that goes into building such a data base. Cook and Eat Lebanese, as simple as that! It's easy and anyone can join. Most recipes are simple and reliable. Most are traditional, yet some are not. There's room for anyone to post. I refer to it from time to time and wondered if all you knew about it. So there, now it's published—don't say I didn't share. No excuses not to cook Lebanese folks!
