Horeca 2013 - Atelier Gourmand


It's that time of year again HORECA 2013. Come and join me at Atelier Gourmand where I will host some amazing people. We'll simply cook, talk and eat!!!!

Hi, I love what you do and I love your books! I was really looking forward to see the HORECA event, but they say it is 50,000LL per person if you are not in the culinary industry.
I understand that they want to keep it for professionals, but many of us who would love to see the wonderful things they are presenting will be discouraged to attend.The price, should have been more reasonable, so more people, fans of yours could attend.Thanks for your time.
