Know your Meal at Horeca

There is an article in today's Daily Star which describes our event at Horeca and how restaurants and institutions are being certified locally. Some local examples include: OBOX, Bio Mass, Jrebta, La Boulangere Bio, Sanctus wine, Tawlet Souk el Tayeb, Adonis Valley, La Table de Joseph, Jouzourna, Cow and Apple, Biocaprin, Le Petit Gris.

"The Conosci il tuo pasto certification process is underpinned by the philosophy that one should know who made one’s food, where it came from, and how it has been prepared.
